About Us
We are maria and cindy
With over 20 years of experience working in the housing industry, we worked with many different types of homeowners from Simple to Elegant and have always been amazed by the uniqueness each home takes on as it comes to life. Even the same floor plan somehow feels different because we are building it for different people. We are both licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Agents, members of the Pennsylvania Builders Association, the National Association of Home Builders and WaynePike Building Industry Association. We are both past presidents of WaynePike BIA and currently are PBA Senior Officers, Maria as President and Cindy as Secretary.
Our History
IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
Coutts and Cepko joined forces in 2009 in starting up their own Women Owned Business Building Company. They wanted to focus on innovative building systems and simplify the building process for customers who complained that the “building process seemed too complicated”.
The ultimate goal is to provide affordable housing in an industry where building materials are increasing in price every day. The Modular Building system can significantly reduce the cost of building a home since building materials are controlled and maximized to eliminate waste and make the most of every detail.
